By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all clients, including brands, professionals, businesses, individuals, and event-based services.

Services
We provide social media strategy, content creation, account management, brand promotion, and event-related social media coverage. All services are customized and outlined in a written agreement prior to the start of work.

Contracts & Agreements
Ongoing services and select event services require a signed agreement before work begins. The agreement outlines scope, timelines, deliverables, and payment terms. Services will not commence without an executed contract.

30-Day Notice for Ongoing Services
Clients receiving ongoing services are required to provide a minimum of 30 days’ written notice to pause or terminate services.

• Services and billing will continue during the notice period

• Notice must be submitted in writing via email or agreed-upon communication channels

• Early termination without notice does not waive payment obligations
   

Event Bookings & Deposits
Event services may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the event date. Final payment timelines will be outlined in the agreement. Cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to fees depending on notice and preparation completed.

Payments
All payments must be made according to the terms outlined in the agreement. Late payments may result in paused services or delayed deliverables until the account is brought current.

Revisions
Revision availability and limits vary by service and package and will be clearly outlined prior to project start. Requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees.

Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated in writing, all original content created remains the intellectual property of the business until full payment is received. Usage rights are granted as outlined in the client agreement.

Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide timely access, approvals, assets, and communication necessary to complete services efficiently. Delays caused by lack of communication may impact timelines.

Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for platform outages, algorithm changes, third-party service disruptions, or performance results beyond our control.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
